Actually, low carb is terrible for pms. I have great experience in this. In April 04 I started eating how humans are meant to eat, mainly raw fruit and nuts, and I can't even tell when my period is going to start. I used to be just like you. When I do start, it only lasts for 2-3 days and I have hardly a twinge of pain cramps wise. I also got rid of dairy and wheat. Soy is awful too. It actually made my pms worse and made my herpes break out. I weighed 120 (I am 5ft2) and now I weigh 113 since eating this way. The weight came right off and you can eat when ever you are hungry, which the cool thing is once you get off the cooked foods you don't hardly have an appetite. If you are interested I will tell you where to find the info online for this info. It takes a lot of dicipline since not many people accept this way of life and cooked foods are always around. I do eat a cheat food once a day including chocolate! You just need to make sure the rest of your diet is 80-90% clean. There is no need for women to have all of these problems!!
