I have to agree I get miserable 5 days before my time of the month. I agree with you about getting depressed and eating choc. I eat everything that I can get my hands on. You gave me good advice by working out. Your best bet is to stay out of everyones way for half of the month. Take a walk if you have a dog, clean your room. When I am pmsing I am so nasty to everyone so I shut my door and play the radio, walk my dog, clean my room, light a candle, get nice hot bubble baths for about one hour. I know this works for me I have one good truely friend and I can tell her everything. She knows if I am pmsing with out telling her because I act different. Its funny the only time I will clean my room is when I pmsing. If you are in pain use a heating pad on your belly or on your lower back, or you can lay in bed or on the couch with a pillow under your knees that seems to help.
