I am so miserable I begin PMS 10 days before my period comes and I am right in the midst of it right now. I am 28 years old and I have the worst PMS ever. I get really depressed and crave chocolate and I feel like I cannot stop eating. I am on a low carb diet so sometimes it gets really hardc. I fell like I have tried everything I am working out everyday and I usually eat well until these 10 days then I cant controll it. 10 days is almost half of the month that I am miserable if anyone has any suggestions they would really be appreciated.
