Re: ropes?

neal, the only time I know for sure I passed a rope of hard, dark, rubbery mucoid plague was when I did P&B shakes after completing a 12 day Master-Cleanse and liver flush. It took 3 days of P&Bs, but a rope of plaque nearly two feet long came out. It was totally different from any other BM. I was hoping for more, but that was all I got. I think the Master-Cleanse lemonade losened the gunk and the P&Bs swept it out. Whatever came out you are cleansing your colon and the ret of your body, that is what is important. I am on my third Master-Cleanse and am having to accept that whole body cleansing does not happen overnight. But I am seeing enough good results that I am keeping on.
