About the Super Zapper De Luxe 2003...Do you need the cards for it to work?

Is it effective against parasites without the cards?

The thing that confuses me about that Zapper is that in Dr. Hulda Clark s book it states that the great break through came when she used a small battery which produces a square wave and destroys all parasites without having to work through a a whole range of different frequencies.

So why is there a Zapper (Super Zapper De Luxe 2003) that has cards that go through different frequencies?

That's where I get confused. sowee :(
