The shakes work well with a parasite cleanse because they help sweep the colon clean. Be sure and take them at least an hour before you take your medicine though. I only use Bentonite in one shake a day, the other 2 or 3 shakes are psyllium only. Early in my parasite cleanse I passed three feet of mucoid plaque embedded with parasites. It was both disgusting and amazing.
