clarkia and oil/oregano make a great team

hi i have used the Clarkia / no need to time it.. per se
just start up folowign directions 3 drops/ 3 tiems a day
then build upto 10 drops/ 3 tiems a day.
some folks go higher than that, but the recommened dose is 10/@3 x's day.
you cna laos give it toyour pets adn your children (coems with a wwt chart.
i also use the oil of oregano/ it kills the parasites that the other tinctures dont and is effective against 137 diff bacterias/ viruses/ lyme desease etc...
you do need to dilut eit a sligth bit i normally put a drop of oliv eoil in a q tip then a drop of oil of oregan and swipe in my ears with tat.. cause laot of microscopic bacterisas liv ein our ears and parasites too.........
i have used it on a tooth ache liek that andanyhow i tis advised you start it slow so dont get sever die off symptoms.. lotta folsk take it in a gel cap/ jsut put your drops in it.. i jstu put mine in a drign then add a drop of oliv eoil to my drink... it adheres to the other oil/ so it will jstu slid eon down rathe r thhan sty on your lips etc..

i tis extrmely helpfulalso in folsk with lowere dimmune systems cures lyme desease etc...
dotn jstu assume and ear infection is yeast.. it is more probaly parasties or bactersia etc..

no matter when youstart... 2 weeks on/ one week rest then resume /repeat. i mysle f woudl get it started as soon asit coems... why wait? teh when you do the mc at least you willhave most allteh parasite sin youalready killed and i think better to pass em dead that alive !! 8)
