Try Grapefruit Seed Extract on dogs ears

I had great success with this on my dog's ears. Labrador-9 years old-persistant ear problem-waxy,inflamed,itchy and smelly. Use half a dozen drops in a little water (never neat and careful of the eyes) and a wet tissue to clean the ears out. I was very wary of putting liquid in his ears as all previous products had increased the inflammation so to begin with I just let a few dilute drops fall in. You can also mix Grapefruit-Seed-Extract with olive oil and use a drop dispenser. The effect was remarkable. After years of this problem which I could only ever successfully control with Antibiotic drops (and the problem always returned) he now longer shakes his ears. One ear completely cleared never to return again and the other is more sensitive and I clean it from time to time but nothing like before. Tweet
