Re: First flush--and still flushing

Good job, Tiffcurl! I've been watching for your post to see how it went. You will feel better with every one of your flushes. I find that my skin is bad right after the flush and clears up real nice right before the next one. I am on my fourth and I'm just feeling that the skin problems are clearing up for good. I had many years of an abusive diet though.
I'm wondering...did you say you took the OO (Olive-Oil) concoction first, then did the ES and then the OO (Olive-Oil) again? (Don't know if I understood you correctly.) I've never heard of doing it in that order. Of course, I have only been doing this for a few months.
