Sudanym--thanks so much for your response. I plan on doing an organic coffee enema the day of my flush. I have had about 3 or 4 colonics this past summer. My last one was in Sept. I feel fairly clean in that dept.

In regards to the parasite cleansing, I think I might avoid that step. From reading other posts and talking to a few people, positive and dramatic results have happened despite not doing the parasite cleanse. I hope I'm right! In your experience, what did you do for the parasite cleanse?
