Absolutely right Bethdogg,
The Aspartame in those diet drinks gives them a double whammy. I have eliminated nutra-sweet from my diet completely. When I try to tell some of the ladies at bingo how bad it is for you, they don't want to hear it. Anyone that is interested can read about it at nexusmagazine.com Bad stuff. Very bad stuff. Omie
