Owen,
I do believe in several things,
I was diagnosed at the very best of times. In the first place, no one even thought about Lyme when I was having my first symptoms, (mono in 9th grade, followed in the next years by numbness in from my waist to my feet, blindness, all of which came and went.) By the way I'm 54.
If I had been diagnosed just last year, I would have been put on mega doses of antibiotics and I believe that it would not have been as effective for me as what I'm taking, maybe even harmful. Plus it would have been so very expensive. I speak only for myself.
I have been looking at alternative Medicine for years. I quit going to the doctor when I would have yet another strange thing happen with my body. So I didn't have a problem excepting the Vitamin C and TOA Cat's Claw as a way to a cure.
I am so thankful to know what it is that has caused my problems all this years. I can now get well and enjoy the rest of my life. Which by the way is going to be long and productive.
