I tried the Chanca Piedra because it is available at retail health food stores locally vs. mail order only for Gold Coin Grass. It also is cheaper at $18 a two oz bottle with no shipping charges. It has a water base and is actually pleasant tasting with a woody like taste. I haven't had any noticeable side affects except when I took it with a glass of apple juice on an empty stomache and did not eat right away. It just bothered my stomache a little but went away when I ate. The discomfort I referred to is from the upper right abb area which I hoped would dissapear after a couple of flushes. Some testamonials from others proclaimed immediate relief but I guess it will take some time....... Tweet
