Hudson! ...and here I've always thought you were a guy!

Well...I'm glad you forwarded my post to your father - it will now be up to him whether he feels an inkling, a stirring of inspiration to get himself healthy.

If he's interested he should definitely read some of the articles at The Doctor Within site. That is what I did with my step dad last year. He had been wheezing and wheezing (allergies) so badly that he had to sleep sitting up in a chair! He looked awful too. I was quite worried about him - he was in his early 60's - but already he was looking 'old'. He had redness beneath the surface of his skin that just looked very unhealthy.

Well...as I had been cleansing for 2 months...I introduced him to the idea of cleansing. He wasn't really interested (didn't feel he'd have the discipline...just felt kind of vague about the whole thing)...UNTIL...I printed off a bunch of the articles at The Doctor Within site! One afternoon he, my mom and I read through a bunch of them:

Well! That was it!! The information that is in these articles is mind-blowing, so logical and he was inspired!! Yeeeehaw! He started cleansing immediately (pear fast because pears are good for lungs) and within 2 days he was fine! No more wheezing! wooo! Then he moved to the New West Diet (basically no sugar, flour or dairy...and lots of raw vegetables and fruits and WARM water - organic meat too) and for 60 days he was pretty strict (As Tim O'Shea of The Doctor Within says: This is your LIFE, not a lounge act! Do the strict diet for 60 days and see how you feel)

His allergies were gone. zip. He felt like a million bucks. (probably a trillion!) Oh and he stopped SNORING! This was unbelievable. We couldn't believe it.
