Need help becoming regular

I've posted in the cleanse forums, but it's my first time here. I've had pretty severe sinus problems for years. I've had pretty bad bloating problems and constipation for quite a few years, now. I've learned a lot and know I can probably trace my problems to liver congestion, and colon clogging.

I've done Oxypowder , and am in the middle of Clarkia . But, after doing the colon cleansing, I go back to irregularity. I've had to quit the Clarkia , as I recall you don't want to be doing these cleanses, unless you are regular.

I also need that regularity in order to do what's most important for me, umpteen liver flushes!

So, you can see the question coming. What to use, to be regular?

I've seen info in these forums on Jim's Colon Pills, Dr. Schulze 's products, Dr. Natura, self preps with flaxseed, olive oil, honey, etc, etc, etc. It's enough to make your head swim. So, what's the lowdown? Is the Cascara Sagrada(sic?) you see in Jim's Colon Pills really a worry, if used in a maintenance manner? Naturally, if going to be used daily, etc for maintenance, I'd prefer something that's fairly easy to use, in my busy world. So, Jim's looked interesting. But, then I started to read posts with concerns about the addictiveness of this laxative element.

Anyhow, I really appreciate any insights, as I need to get on this quickly, to resume my parasite cleanse, and move on to my oh so important liver cleansing.

Thanks, in advance,

Bill
