Re: Gluten intolerance and diet

Greetings, I too am a type of a vegan. I do not eat meat, fish, and I avoid eggs. I suppose that makes me a lacto-ovo-vegan! Though grains are one of my common foods.. it looks as if I will probably have to stop eating them again, because I'm on the verge of being diagnosed with Celiac Disease or gluten sensitivity. I'm actually hoping I do have Celiac, because for years I've wondered what on Earth is wrong with me.

I suggest doing research on gluten-free chinese foods and recipes. When I was first put on a gluten-free diet a few years ago, the Chinese seemed to have the best selection of gluten-free foods, vegan friendly.

Be sure to update us with any new vegan Celiac info! God bless.
