Hi. I'll start off this new forum. I am gluten intolerant but find that I do really well on a vegan diet minus the grains. My entire family (both parents and sibs) have been diagnosed gluten intolerant. My mother and sister don't tolerate corn or potatoes either. I can eat potatoes without any problems. Corn can be a bit of a mine field. In few small quantities I do ok.
What diet is working for other people? and what food items besides gluten foods do you find you react to?
