ok- a little off the subject. i know you said you have done liver flushes. have you tried Coptis at the www.sensiblehealth.com site? if you haven't you should go there and read the stuff- even call the woman and ask questions. you may need other help to get your liver/bile going other than the flushes. coptis has helped sleep for a lot. she states a stagnant bile an cause insomnia.
parasite can cause insomia too BTW.
although- i think H Metals is a good thing to address. but go to that site and call her. you never know. Tweet
