I would start with the cheaper clay at your health food store and see how it works out for you first. I am waiting on my second hair test to see if I had any decrease in the amount of heavy metals from my bath. I once upon a time had severe insomnia but I quit drinking sodas, coffee and eating chocolate and it sure helped me sleep. Read through all of this forum to find directions for your clay bath.
Andreas is really the expert on detoxing though. You might orally use sesame seed oil or sunflower oil under you tounge to chelate heavy metals as well as Andreas suggests in his book after you do the clay bath.
