Re: Low Back Pain and Migraines

hi,
the spine is a connected column therefore any misalignment can influence different areas of the body.
TCM (traditional chinese medicine) knows that there are connections through meridians and functional circuits and that is why a problem in the lower part of your spine can very well contribute to a migraine.
beside that a lack of water and nutrients may further be a contributing cause.
you may try first the recommended exercises for self help and realignment of the spine in http://www.dorn-method.com and give me some feedback then which you are free to share with others here on curezone.
of course you may email me anytime for further advice (free)
blessings
