I'm glad I found this site. This is the first message i'm posting. This is the second time I'm doing the cleanse - the first time I stayed on for 8 days. I run 3-6 miles 5-6 days a week and do weight trainig and other exercises 3 days a week. The first time I did the cleanse, I maintained my usual workout routine with the exception of 2 days that I was feeling particularly ill/exhausted. I am now concluding day 3 of the cleanse. I ran 6 miles today and I feel energized and centered. I think you should just listen to your body. You may go through periods of fatigue,dizzininess or illness but they pass. Obviously, don't work out during those periods and rest if you are able. You might want to increase your maple syrup if you're a runner. You'll need the carbs.
