You can do this! It's hard, but 10 days (if that's your goal) is here before you know it.
I certainly didn't want to do ANYTHING the first three days except "stay on target...stay on target" , but I think you can work out if you feel like it. There have been posts of people running and having tons of energy on this cleanse.
Do it one day at a time. I used to think: "one more day and I can quit if I want to" and I made it to my goal (well almost today is Day 10)...
