I've been working out quite steadily. I did a 30 min run/walk on day one, and did 1 hour of spinning and 1 hour of yoga on day 2. Today (day 3) I've decided to cool it and not work out not because I'm tired, but because I think I should take a one day rest before I work out again. I'm doing a salt water flush instead.
I've been feeling pretty normal over the last three days, and, though I'm tempted to eat, the temptation is mild and relatively easy to overcome. I just don't let myself think about it. It's tough doing the cleanse near easter, isn't it?
