Seeking advice for ADD and Anxiety alternatives...


Hello and thank you for your help.

I have the following symptoms:

Difficulty sustaining my attention, difficulty retrieving words, difficulty recalling information, and anxiety (freezing).

12 years ago I was officially diagnosed with ADD and later, Anxiety. A few years ago I experimented going off my meds and was surprised how well I did. It appears the symptoms have creaped back and I'm wanting to do something about it. I don't want to return to medication so I'm considering alternatives.

FYI, I eat very healthfully, I exercise, I love my work, I've been doing fasts/liver flushes/kidney cleanse/ parasite cleanses. I've had therapy and am currently curious about past life influences. I'm also curious about ways to retrain my amygdala (is that possible?).

Bottomline: I know I can be functioning more effectively. If you have any suggestions, pleeeese let me know. Gratefully, -B
