Thanks for the advice Rhonda, I was just wondering if the Liver Flush might work for me. The raw food and weight lifting also sounds very interesting as well, I really like that natural "athletes" physique so anything involving weight lifting grabs my attention.
I think I've made some drastic improvements in my diet over the last year or two, I totally eliminated sodas and carbonated drinks from my diet. I drink water about 98% of the time and I've been working hard to add vegetables into my diet. I still have a long way to go but hopefully this fast will start me in the right direction.
With the Liver Flush program, is that a fasting type of diet as well?
