absolutely. I can't do the OJ myself, so I do a veggie broth instead. I'm okay with apple juice, cranberry juice, and very simple cereals. The trick is to not eat anything too rich, and to wake up your stomach.
Ayurvedic says that after a long fast, you to wake up your digestive system, so drink spicey teas. Yogi tea has a good one, it has cinnamon, ginger, cardomon, etc. The more pungent, heating herbs kind of wake the fire of the stomach, as it were.
