oops forgot to mention - raw food is VERY hard on the liver and spleen. There is only one body type that actually does well on raw food. Before you start adding tons of raw food to your diet, make sure you are this body type.
The body types that do really well on raw food are naturally warm, as in can go out in the cold without a jacket, don't get easily chilled, don't get chapped lips or peeling lips every day (sign of a weak spleen), don't get sick often, sweat easily, have cast-iron stomachs that can eat anything any time, never get gas.
Raw food does not always equal weight loss, it's better to eat food you enjoy in moderate amounts and occasionally supplement with enzymes. :)
