brain surgery

For some reason, I needed brain surgery and my insurance would not pay for it. I think it was somehow "cosmetic" or not necessary. So my family found a surgeon to come to my house to do it. She removed the top half of my head, did some work, and put it back on. My family was very upset with me b/c I was in pain and asked for painkillers twice- and each shot of morphine costed them $1350.00 (very specific!). So after my head was back on there was a surgical scar and I wrapped a scarf around my head to cover it up and went on with my day.
