Re: Companion nutrients

I do not know the dosage of the companion nutrient that you take. I use the one from Nature's distributors and they say that one capsule activates one table spoon of flaxoil. The maintenance dose on the flaxoil is one tablespoon per 100 lbs . Since I weigh 200 lbs I use 2 spoons and 2 companion nutrients each day. Once again this is maintenance dose. Unless you are trying to address a specific health problem it seems to me that 4 spoons a day is a bit much.
