Have you tried using a large straw?

I'll tell you the truth....I don't know if I could take the Epsom Salts either if I didn't use a large straw. We had one in our cabinet from one of those big plastic cups that you screw the top on and I'll be honest.....you can gulp it down without gagging in a couple of sips.

But it should be a large straw.

It makes taking the e.s. MUCH easier!
