Replace Epsoms

I did Hulda's Liver Flush Recipe last night, but did not take Epsoms the today the flush. I did take epsoms at 6 and 8 pm the day of the flush(yesturday). That's all. I just hate the stuff...it stimulates a gag reflex in me. So today, i have no diharrea effect. i drank senna tea before eating this morning. Is Senna bad? I will do an enema in a little bit. Hopefully everything worked. Does anyone use anything in place of Epsoms salts that will work? Thanks.
