I have also recently read "Ten Thousand Years from Eden" by Charles Wharton. It gives a thorough overview of the history of metabolic typing (although it mentions nothing about the Kelley-Wolcott controversy that has been discussed on this forum).
And another one that I am reading now is "The Nutrition Solution" by Harold Kristal. So far so good. It talks about the author's collaboration with Bill Wolcott. He seems to think that Wolcott expanded on Kelley's work, as does Wharton.
