I haven't read wolcott's entire book yet. I put it down after I found out Kelley's apparent thoughts on the matter. When I have more time I will for sure. I also want to contact Kelley and get it from the horse's mouth.
It may be tricky to pinpoint where any imbalance in wolcott's theories lie. Someone with a more intense understanding of metabolic typing,(with reems of clinical experience) and the kelley protocol ( trustworthiness to boot) would be more authoritative.
Clinical experience is critical because sexy theories can look great on paper with no real world results in critical cases. We know Kelley's stuff works.
