Welcome to the forum. I believe you misunderstood my meaning of
"wasting precious time" and she does feel grief, which yes, is very normal. I'd be concerned if she didn't. I believe she is looking for more than a flickering light. But, I also believe that it would do her more harm than good right now to "see" her father standing over her during the night. As I told her when the time is right he will communicate with her, in a way that she trusts is realy him. In a manner that is special to the both of them. I also told her that he is ALWAYS with her. My son died 8 years ago and I have seen him once in a dream a few months after he passed. But, he lets me know he is around in other ways, that I know is him.
