This is true- but many in the mortal coil would not even know the gateways existed unless one had experienced the 60's (;0}) a joke
but once one had identified the gates through whatever corridor One can go back through the human corridor which is by all means preferable

13 years of meditations from 1hour-8 hours at a time

The body does not like to sit still that long and one sacrafices aches and pains after one comes back into the body after 2-3 hours of sitting still!

We all pay the price for the discipline of the journey!
