There is a phase of deep sleep that only occurs between 11 pm and 12 pm.
The best time to get to sleep is 10 pm in dark room,
no distractions, to ensure that you are fully asleep
during that crucial hour.

When I miss that hour, I notice it affects me greatly.
I too have been trying to ensure sleep by then..
tho I fall off my wagon more than I would like to admit.

I try to limit my fluids abit about an hour or 2
before preparing for sleep,
so I don't wake up too soon by nature calling 8)

sometimes I cover my eyes to keep out light distractions,
if neighbors backyard lights are on etc)

Certainly never fall asleep in front of a muted tv...
the quick light changes are still distracting to the mind.

Sweet dreams,
Love, Ami Joi Benton
