Re: Thanks you and so many questions
Dear Hildegard,
I am very sorry about the difficulties you and others have to get their questions posted on this forum. I am still working 12 hours per day 7 days a week, and once it gets to 10pm I don't feel able to give the best possible responses, so I wait for some breaks here and there during daytime. So here it is:
I feel there is something in your diet that doesn't agree with you. Do you eat out regularly? When you wake up tired it is often due to what you ate in the evening before, of due to going to bed way after 10pm, and/or sleeping past 6:30am or 7:00am.
The other thing that I got from your message is that your project an idea of yourself that then becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. You said: "I am convinced to be a "stone maker". The results of LF 19 showed that I am lightyears apart from a clean liver." These are very strong statements to make. They shape the very reality you don't really want for yourself, but for some reason (fear-based) you tell your liver or body to remain unclean. A "stone maker" is not what you are, but what you become when you are so convinced of it. The body works quantum mechanically, and every thought assumes form and shape, such as neuropetides. These peptides (proteins) trigger major biochemcial changes. It is therefore very easy to alter the biochemical and bacterial makeup of bile and turn it into stones. You don't need to be stuck with the belief or throught form of being a stone maker. You can just as well decide to be health maker, or healer. You can also identify with a different image of yourself. Think of a time when you were a child and were perfectly healthy. You still are that child. You can choose to be the child or the stone maker. By being the child or what it represents (perfect health), you have a new reference for who you are. Let go of the stone maker image, it isn't real.
Many blessings,
Andreas
