I don't think I would leave a minitramp out - exposed to weather,
you might get rusted parts, lowered quality deterioration of the tensions and
also the strength of the fabric that will bear your wt.
This could lead to a potential accident...
If you want to use it outside great, just fold it and bring it in after using.

another thought:
if space is a problem,
why not attach a hang rod to wall or even ceiling? with pull ropes?
Lots of women that do full quilting frames,
pull up the frame to ceiling when done.
and folks used to hang even chairs on walls
to keep spaces free when not eating
long ago when house inner space was more efficently needed.

A good small bicycle hang rod
would do the trick for you well, I'll bet 8)
