rebounder for lympth drainage + colosan links
http://www.gaiam.com/retail/product.asp?product%5Fid=95-9175
This is the item I just bought.
This company normally mails out stuff very fast.
This particular item after I ordered it, was on back order
and I had to wait 3 weeks to get it.
They will answer support emails within a few days,
and have always been very helpful..
with shipping I think my total cost was about $109.00
The lympths have no drainage *pump action* on their own.
Jump roping etc will not accomplish what a rebounder or mini tramp can do,
since it is the anti gravity up and down activity that you need to
drain the lympths.
If you do not need a stabilizer bar,
then you can get a simple mini tramp from walmart for about 20$

about the other thing,
have you considered colosan?
if you cant afford colonics all the time,
and you feel the problem keeps reoccuring,
Colosan disintegrates and deteriorates old fecal waste
and keeps the waste system from colon down oxygenated.
I will give you a link where I buy mine from.
Andreas supports the use of Colosan as well.
I am very short, and thin and highly sensitive to many things.
I use about 1/4 the suggested dose
(which is 1 teaspoon in water chased by 1/2 fresh lemon juice)
It is completely tasteless.. easy to do.
usual *flush* is full dose in am and pm for one week,
then once a week one dose in am thereafter as a maintenance.
I would suggest you start slowly on a day off maybe,
and do 1/2 a dose twice a day..
then you can up to full dose or reduce.
Colosan works from colon down
enemas do not, neither do enemas oxygenate.

these two items (the rebounder tramp and colosan)
should help drain lympths,
get good circulation going,
and the elimanation of toxins processed as they are released
in a good efficient way,
and break up blocked areas in colon.

drink plenty of good water, to assist in rehydration,
and to help flush out toxins as well.
