I just want to let you know that one of the reasons why I was so deficient in the beneficial bacteria was because I was getting too many colonics -- wiping everything out. I have been on a good diet for some time now, and I've completed over 30 liver flushes. It's been a great new year so far and I hope it's the same for you!
