I've recently heard about sardines having Omega 3 oils and nucleotides. I've also seen that there are different kinds of sardines (some from Norway, boneless and skinless etc.). Could you tell me more about them,...are some more nutritious than others? Are the boneless and skinless as good as the rest of them? Would they be incompatible with a child's digestion? I've always liked fish but just ate tuna fish because of the simple preparation. But I don't really feel comfortable eating tuna too often because of mercury accumulation. I've heard that sardines are less likely to have high levels of mercury and am also anxious to try anchovies and kippers. Do you know of any websites about seafood and the levels of mercury? I('ve been at Curezone for a while but never had any health concerns, even now I don't, it's just that I want to develop some good eating habits because my diet is haphazard and have always taken care of myself as though I had a death wish (not far from the truth).
