There are many levels or layersa of thought (some seemingly hidden or stored away) that lead to incoherence which leads to blockage. Incongruent belief systems are the biggest block (wall) of all. Our thoughts tend to be restrictive or expansive...open or blocking. As we become mindful we can observe our thought processes which leads to deeper and deeper coherence as we discard the stuff that is incoherent and that doesn't serve the whole. A great place to start when becoming coherent is to know one's life purpose so you can peg thoughts and actions to this central driving force. This generates a deeper degree of coherency and thus power (for healing, dreaming, creating)
