I can relate, as I had the same problem before.
Juicing may not solve the problem.

"Vegetarian" doesn't mean vegetables only. You also need whole grains (buckweat, brown rice, oatmeal, etc), nuts (walnuts, almonds, etc) and legumes (peas, beans, etc).

I eat 2 meals with grains and vegetables (breakfast and lunch), snack on almonds and raisins or fruit in the afternoon, have small vegetable dish (like veggie soup) for dinner.

Works great for me and my family.
