Do you know what might help me gtet rid of this mental bother I constantly have....

I keep regretting taking the acne drug accutane. I always think "what if I had not taken it" and it drives me crazy. It has changed my skin, which I am working on reversing, but I am constantly reminded every time I look in the mirror. I know it's something I need to deal with, and accept - this is why I have purchased your book "freedom from judgement." I was wondering if there were any theropies I could carry out on myself or get done to help me cope, and not get so depressed - this clearly is not helping.
