I was born in Calgary. Anyway, thanks for your help again and don't worry if you can't find your notes. Yes, I am still havibng trouble wrapping my brain around how we found this herb!

I have had yerba mate before and it is really good! I should get some more, they sell it at my local shop.

For some reason, my body is telling me that it doesn't want ecinacea. Lately I've been getting better at thinking of a herb or holding it in my hand and seeing how my body responds to it. I'm mystefied as to why no ecinacea, but I'm trustingf my instinct.
