Size and colour of stones

Hi Robbie,
Big stones are formed from the accumulation (sticking together) of many small stones.

During the earlier flushes (say the first 5 or 6 flushes) one tends to expel stones from the larger bile duct which are often large and dark/light green in colour. In my first three flushes I have expelled stones approx. 3cm to 4cm long.

Conversely stones expelled later on are smaller as they have made their way from the rare part of the Liver and are newer and tan or brown in colour. So fresher newer stones are made in the rare part of the Liver and are expelled near the end of your Flushing cycle.

However some old (dark green)stones may come out during later cleanses. They are released from larger bile ducts that were resistant to letting go of the stones, often due to emotional reasons. When they finally come out, there may be a major emotional release.

I am on flush number 14, Robbie, and I have experienced great emotional release on each flush often with strange flashbacks of earlier period of my life, events that I had long forgotten came to surface and as the stones left I let them go and felt a great emotional relief. Currently I am flushing small tan stones and still some green.

Olive Oil and Epsom salts can NOT make stones. The stuff you have got out is stones and you should be proud of it, you are doing really well, congratulations!
