Re: Newbie here needs help

Nausea can mean that bile can't get out of the liver fast enough and is backing up into the blood stream (usually causing a little jaundice too) because of liver stones in the bile ducts. This can be experienced when a person drinks too much beet juice while harboring liver stones. Another more common cause of nausea is bile has come up into the stomach due to a thousand reasons. Infection, fever, poor intestinal movement of previous meal, festering of food in the stomach due to lack of digestive juices to handle it in the intestine, general dehydration causing poor stomach performance, a lot of different things. Vagus nerve problems can also cause nausea, especially if there is persistant gagging. Vata dosha controls swallowing, a severe vata disturbance could be at the root of your troubles, as it is wih many in this age of fast times and mental stress. Read Andreas' book called, "The Key to Health and Rejuvenation" to learn more about ayurvedic diet and clues about your symptoms.

In the end, cleansing the major organs of elimination and providing oxygen and very easy exercise and meaningful life expression will "cure" just about anything from cancer to herpes, overweight to depression. The basic causes of all disease are the same. Ann Wigmore used to say "Elimination and Assimilation" are the secret to healing disease. Cleansing the body and providing good nutrition and patience will fix your ails.
With Love,
Rich
