Re: Any suggestions?
What I mean when I say "systemic approach" is-
A) cleaning up my diet and drinking clean water
B) cleaning out my liver, gall bladder and kidneys
C) using nutrition and nutritional supplements to strengthen my body's immune system
D) taking herbs that will cleanse diseases out of the deepest tissues of the body, and getting them into the bloodstream via the stomach. I guess it could be done intravenously, if the digestive system was inadequate. Hopefully mine is not.
E) getting more oxygen into the bloodstream via exercise
And, because disease most likely has spiritual roots, it is important to go beyond the systemic approach, into the energetic levels-
F) thinking positive thoughts, meditating, laughing and loving more
G) getting a massage as often as possible
H) being of service to others
I) examining the heart
J) healing anger and resentments
K) practicing truthfulness
The unexamined life is not worth living. I think Socrates said that...
Above all, know yourself well.
Regarding the candida: I decided to go after it really hard a few months ago and took four times as much
Grapefruit-Seed-Extract as I normally do to keep things in check. When I did, for the first time ever, I there was lots of cottony looking stuff in my urine for several days. Afterwards my
Sugar cravings were signifcantly reduced. Really sweet stuff is almost repulsive to me now.
