you may want to consider strongyloides, as they tend to manifest in vague symptoms; such as, abdom pain/discomfort/bloat/diarrhea/constip. Tingling/twitch could manifest from larval migration. Also may expeience brain fog, memory loss, and fatigue etc. As far as the immunolog response, it is suppressed with high levels of infection and should resume once you get the levels down. But, more importantly, you have to know WHAT you are treating, as some are more relavent than others. I would treat a strongyloid or ascarid infection before .... say a pin worm etc,
