Re: Parasite Cleanse questions, need quick reply!

Yes, it is safe to take 3,000 mg of CoQ10. I have done it twice now, with no ill effects. I did notice some odd sensations, but nothing harmful. Here are my notes written the night I took the CoQ10 the second time:

This is a record of physical/emotional sensations experienced after ingesting a large dose of CoQ10 to kill tapeworm

Time: 1:15 am
30 100 mg capsules opened and mixed with plain yogurt, cinnamon and organic maple syrup
Taste: Good
Physical sensations at start: Mild lower back pain, possibly from tired muscles after a long walk, or sore kidneys. Nothing else of note. A moment of dizziness about 3 hours ago, mysterious.
Other substances in the body at this time: Lots of water, Naron Ace (a Japanese pain killer) for mild migraine, Clarkia 20 drops for parasites, 6 drops Oregano Oil for anti-fungus etc.
From earlier: Possibly residual P & B shakes taken at 7 am and noon. No more will be consumed tonight, to allow the CoQ10 unimpeded action. No solid foods today, only pumpkin soup at 5 pm. 1 liter of apple juice consumed from noon to 8 pm, in accordance with a Liver Flush protocol (Andreas) which will take place tomorrow night.

1:35 am
Mild gurgling or clunking noises, first from the upper left side of stomach area, then across the middle beneath the solar plexis. I’m guessing this is the path the CoQ10 is taking. Also, sounds and feels like gas bubbles shifting. My abdomen had been quiescent for several hours, since about 11
A sensation of very mild warmth from the stomach area.
A sensation of heightened awareness and energy throughout the calves and to a lesser extent along the top of the thigh muscles

1:38 am
Mild itching just above a bruise on my right arm. Had felt a small, long soft bump and movement there earlier there and suspect a parasite lives there.
A sensation of warmth from the upper right quadrant of the abdomen, possibly the beginning of the small intestine.
Increased sound awareness and some titannanus

1:44 am
Mild itchiness all over, especially in the right top part of the scalp and the tops of both feet
Mild titannanus
A feeling of well-being

1:59
A sensation of spreading throughout the tissues, or like physical (versus conscious) quickening or awakening
Mild titannanus
Warmth in the belly region
Lights seem brighter
Aware of blood pulsing in the ears
The gurgling noises in the stomach area have stopped
I can feel warmth spreading from the far right area, possibly the small intestines
All of these symptoms are so mild, I would have only noticed the itchiness above the bruised arm unless I was watching for physical changes

2:04 am
Itchiness in the right ear canal, very mild
Gurgling in the far left upper quadrant of the abdomen, possibly the small intestine
A sensation of movement throughout the upper intestine area

2:36 am
Most symptoms have become milder.
Sudden itchy spots in various areas of the body
Clunking sounds from the digestive track (occasional)
Increased sensitivity to sound and light

3:10 am
Most symptoms are barely perceptible or no longer perceivable.
Still mild titannus and sudden itchy sensation, plus clunking sounds from the digestive tract
Sensitivity to sound and light has largely faded
No adverse symptoms such as heart pounding or jazzed up feeling
I’ve just noticed that the mild lower back pain in the kidney and surrounding area is gone.

The upshot of this: I think the sudden feelings of itchiness were dying parasites. I think the clunking/gurgling sounds in the intestines could have been digestive actions involving the CoQ10, and possibly some sort of parasite putting up a fight. The warmth and energy were the CoQ10 activating mitochondria (energy makers) at a cellular level. I don't understand the titannus (ringing in the ears) except that it was a reaction to CoQ10 in the brain. I took that as a good sign, that it had successfully crossed the blood/brain barrier and was activating energy in the brain, causing more neurons to fire than usual. Hopefully the CoQ10 was also destroying parasites there, if they were there.
I was surprised to notice that the ache in the kidney/back area vanished with the CoQ10 in the blood stream. I'm not sure why that happened.
The following day I noticed larger numbers of Ascaris and liver flukes in the toilet, than I had noticed at any point during my use of Clarkia .

I took CoQ10 both times after a month each of P & B shakes and Clarkia , the night before a liver flush. The idea was to kill parasites which might be hiding in the liver as well and have all that mess removed with the liver flush. It is one of my enduring nightmares to see living parasites leave my body.

I've read elsewhere on the CureZone site that some people feel jazzed up, and in one case, one person felt heart palpitations. I think your particular reaction will depend on the state of your health.

BTW I recommend opening the capsuls and mixing the powdered CoQ10 with some kind of soft food, like yogurt or porridge. That way, your body won't have to deal with all the capsul shells. I know it's annoying to have to do all that work, but I think it's worth it. Even vegetable shells might cause a reaction in the body. Also, sometimes the capsul shells pass through the body relatively unscathed, presenting you with an unsettling sight in the toilet the next day.

Hope this helps!
